කොන්දේසි

1. ඔබ රැගෙන එන ඇඳුම්වල පුද්ගලික වටිනා දෑ කිසිවක් නොමැති බව සනාථ කර ගන්න. පසුව කරන පැමිණිලි සඳහා අප ආයතනය වගකීමක් දරන්නේ නැත.

2. ඇඳුම් බාරදෙන අවස්ථාවේදී සම්පුර්ණ මුදල හෝ ඉන් අඩක් ගෙවිය යුතුය.

3. තද පැල්ලම් සහිත ඇඳුම් බාරදීමේදී සම්පූර්ණ මුදල ගෙවා අවසන් කල යුතුය.

4. පැල්ලම් ඉවත් කිරීමේදී රසායන ද්‍රව්‍ය භාවිතා කරන බැවින් ඇඳුම් වල වර්ණය වෙනස් විය හැක.

5. ඔබ ඇඳුම් රැගෙන යාමට පැමිණෙන විටදී, අප ආයතනය මඟින් ඔබට ලබා දී ඇති දිනය පසුවී ඔබ පැමිණෙන්නේ නම්, අනිවාර්යෙන් දුරකථන ඇමතුමක් දී පැමිණීමෙන්
ඔබටත් අපටත් සිදුවන අපහසුතා මගහරවා ගත හැක.

6. බාර දුන් දින සිට දින 60ක් ඇතුලත ඇඳුම් රැගෙන යා යුතුය.

7. බාර දුන් දින සිට දින 120 කට පසු කිසිඳු වගකීමක් දරනු නොලබන අතර ඒවා මෙම ආයතනයෙන් ඉවත් කරනු ලැබේ. එම අයිතමයන් නැවත ලබා ගත නොහැක.

8. බර අනුව රෙදි සේදීමේදී අවම වශයෙන් රෙදි 5Kg රැගෙන ආ යුතු වේ. එහිදී රෙදි සෝදා වියලා දීම පමණක් සිදු කරනු ලැබේ.

9. ඉරිදා සහ ප්‍රසිද්ධ නිවාඩු දින වල වසා ඇති අතර, සදුදා සිට සිකුරාදා දක්වා දිනවල පෙ.ව 9.00 සිට ප.ව 5.30 දක්වාත් සෙනසුරාදා පෙ.ව 9.00 සිට ප.ව 1.00 දක්වාත් විවෘත​ව ඇත.

10.ප්‍රෙස් කිරීම සඳහා ඔබ රැගෙන එන ඇඳුම් එදිනම අවශ්‍යනම් පෙ:ව: 11:00ට පෙර භාර දීමට කාරුණික වන්න. ඉන් පසුව රැගෙන එන ඇඳුම් ඔබට ලබාගත හැක්කේ පසු දින පෙ:ව: 10න් පසු බව කරුණාවෙන් සලකන්න.

11.කරුණාකර පරිශ්‍රයෙන් පිටවිමට පෙර ඔබ ලබා ගත් ඉතිරි මුදල් පරික්‍ෂා කර නිවැරදිතාවය තහවුරු කර ගන්න. පසුව කරන පැමිණිලි භාර ගනු නොලැබේ.

12.අප ආයතනය හදිසි අවශ්‍යතාවක් මත වසා ඇති අවස්ථාවක ඔබ දුරබැහරක සිට පැමිණෙන්නේනම් අපට දුරකථන ඇමතුමක් දී පැමිණෙමින් ඔබට වන අපහසුතා මගහරාවා ගත හැක.

CONDITIONS

1. Please ensure that you do not have any valuables with the clothing items you bring. Kindly note that we cannot be held liable for any subsequent grievances or complaints.

2. Upon handing over the items, a payment of either the full amount or half of the total payment is required.

3. The full payment is to be made upon handing over heavily stained items.

4. Please be advised that the the utilization of chemical agents in the process of stain removal may result in alterations to the colours of items.

5. If you are unable to attend the scheduled delivery date and plan to come on a subsequent day, we kindly request that you call us and confirm your revised arrival beforehand.

6. The items given are required to be collected within a period of 60 days from the date of their completion.

7. Once 120 days have elapsed from the date of completion, we shall assume no liability and proceed to remove the items from our racks. It is important to note that returning these items will not be possible.

8. In weight-based washing, a minimum of 5Kg of items must be brought and the process will undergo washing and drying only.

9. We are open from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 17.30 and Saturday 9.00 to 13.00. we are closed on Sundays and all Public Holidays.

10. We kindly request that you bring any items requiring pressing before 11:00 AM if they are needed on the same day. Otherwise, please note that these items will only be returned to you after 10:00 AM on the following day.

11. Please double-check any change money you receive before leaving the premises.  Complaints made afterwards, are not accepted.

12. Please give us a call before you arrive, if you are coming from a distant location in order to avoid any unnecessary travel time in case we might be closed.
